Had essentials needed in the a double room, including an electric kettle, a fridge, and kitchenware. At the restaurant, the breakfast was well organized with very nice cheese. The location was favourable for traveling around Pontresina, close to all the local trains and gondolas and the center of Pontresina👌

We got great value for our money at Hotel Rosatsch. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the mountains from our balcony. The location was perfect, close to hiking trails and public transportation. The staff was friendly and treated us with kindness throughout our stay.
Menu for breakfast could have been more varied.

I can't go along with the occasional nagging about single room size or outdated bathrooms. The single room could have a more comfortable size, but this room ambition is absolutely normal in hotels. The bathroom, well, in Berlin you would sell it as vintage, a wall letter in the bathroom reminds you that it might be the last time you can experience this style, and I find that convincing and attentive. The only small flaw: as a table in this single room you have at most a chest of drawers. The view went to the street, but it was not ugly but lined with snow and ice sculptures and the windows were really good sound absorbing. (Unfortunately the door was not - but it was mostly quiet). The staff was very nice. After checking out and skiing I could still use the sauna and shower and watch ski jumping in the bar. The fitness area is small, but nice, 2-3 endurance machines and a multi-mucki build-up machine. The TV is not really loud, but I already knew the two towers anyway.
The fact that you only get the guest card for the use of local transport and, I think, the cross-country skiing trails from two nights on - but that's just mainly the system in Switzerland. The toys in the big children's room. When I was a child, I would want Lego bricks or something else that I would like to take with me (but wouldn't). But well, the children should get some fresh air.

A refrigerator, a sitting area, and a writing table in the room and the comfortable bed. Favourable, excellent location right by roof slope. Just off the Engadin for summer hiking, biking, horseback riding, center of Pontresina, and the train stations.

Greatly enjoyed my relaxing stay for 10 nights at the end of September and beginning of October this year. the hotel had a good and absolutely perfect location very close to hiking trails, St Moritz itself, and the center of Pontresina, a lovely and clean Swiss Alpine town.

the food was really good, also liked the breakfast buffet
the whoel furnitues is old fashioned, wellness area a bit too small and not modern enough, also the lunge area is OK but not really up to date . the whole hotel needs a "lift up"

The staff were delightful. Breakfast was good. Delicious coffee and lots of it. Lovely balcony. Complimentary bus pass into St. Moritz useful. If we had more time would have loved to try the spa. Pool looked fab. They upgraded our room without asking.

This hotel is located in a lovely spot, right next to a small wooded area with trees. The ski area is just 10 minutes away, and it's conveniently close to the Piz Languard ski lift. The Residence rooms are great with spacious interiors and modern bathrooms. The staff is pleasant and accommodating, the breakfast is delicious and filling, and there are plenty of amenities available such as a pool, spa, and game room.
One downside is that some areas of the facility could use a little sprucing up.

The room was very large and comfortable. In fact, this was by far the largest room we had throughout our entire stay in Switzerland. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and comfortable.

The pool was absolutely stunning and our daughter had the most amazing time swimming there. The hotel's location is prime and the breakfast options were delicious, especially the eggs. The staff were incredibly friendly and polite, making us feel very welcome. We were also thrilled that the hotel is dog-friendly, although we were a bit disappointed that our dog couldn't join us in the breakfast room. Despite this, the staff suggested alternate arrangements for us. We were welcomed with Easter gifts and special treats for our dog, which was a lovely touch. The hotel had great walking routes nearby and was close to everything we needed. Bruno at the bar, as well as the reception staff and housekeeping team, were all exceptional. The room in the older section of the hotel was spacious and had a beautiful balcony with mountain views. The spa facilities, including the sauna and relaxation rooms, were fantastic and we had them all to ourselves. The indoor pool area was also enjoyable to relax in. The breakfast service was wonderful, with plenty of variety and great service. The shuttle service to the train station was convenient, and the Engadin Card provided free transportation and admission to many attractions. we had a fantastic time at the hotel and would highly recommend it, with the only drawback being the restriction on bringing our dog to the breakfast room.
